Software Engineer

SES is an engineering solutions company with a strong presence in the Racing, Military, and Tire industries. Using the latest tools we develop advanced engineering software in a highly dynamic environment.


This position requires a candidate with strong interpersonal and self-motivational skills in order to meet deadlines. You must be a fluent communicator with both fellow team members and company clients. You must be able to apply your analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve development issues as they arise. You must be able to adapt to varied environments, projects and roles on the team.


Responsibilities:

            Take ownership of current software to support and update based on customer request.

            Provide technical support to clients as requested.

            Provide accurate development scheduling and timing reports.

            Perform and Communicate in a team environment.

 

Job Requirements:

            Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, and 2 or more years of software development experience.

            Object Oriented Programming skills.

            .NET Language experience in C# or VB.NET.


Additional Skills:

            Experience with Architecture patterns such as MVVM.

            Experience with Microsoft WPF, WCF

            Experience writing SQL and knowledge of MS Access.

            Experience with SharePoint 2012.

            Experience with PHP.
