2019 Team
Penn State Formula Racing was founded in 1994. Since then, the team strives to make the lightest, most-reliable FSAE vehicles in the world. The team consists of about 30 of Penn State – University Park’s undergraduate students. They focuses hard on getting a car done early to maximize testing time and find the quirks of the new vehicles. Unluckily the team did not see much success in 2019 due to a significant chassis failure which set the team back a month of testing, but they have plans to make 2020 a success! The team is looking forward to the 2020 competition season where they hope to compete at FSAE Michigan, FSAE North, and as many shootouts as they can get to.
